Edwina The Emu VS Gruffalo????

A very interesting story to be read indeed. Goes around a female emu named Edwina, the author highlights the significance of the responsibilities of a mother to the children. When I was young, I often read about Sang Kancil and Pak Pandir, however, this story ignites interest with its simple language, interesting plot and important moral values to people who ignore their responsibilities as a mother.
Edwina goes out to find a suitable job to look after the family but ignores her job as a mother. When she finds that all the job does not suits her, she finally came to realize that her only and most important job is as a mother to her children. The author yet puts the essence of humour thus proved successful in gaining children's interest to read. As a perfect medium to sow the learning habit, this book is more than worth for your children's collection.

What is it children???A Gruffalo!!!What is a Gruffalo??A scary monster!!!!

The Gruffalo is indeed another story worth read to the children. A Gruffalo was invented by a mouse in order to save itself from dangerous animals in the woods. Although is it just an imagination character created by the mouse, the author at last makes the Gruffalo appears for real. The mouse, using his cleverness, manage to make the scary Gruffalo fears him and saved from being eaten. It is very interesting how the author structure the plot to an extend that the whole thing done by the mouse can be turned back, and saves him from the Gruffalo.
This story teach children to think critically as we are also strong mentally, not just physically, Even without using strength, we can actually defeat someone far more superior. A strategic method to teach children to learn use the power of the brain if they do not have the power of the body.
